Lots 107 & 113 are sold.
Lot 102 currently has a model home that is available to purchase and is move in ready.
A lot can be held for 2 weeks while a home is put into production. After the 2 weeks the lot will become available again.
We are doing our best to ensure all lots have very similar setting, parking accommodations, etc.
Lots will differ with settings and amenity proximity based on location inside of the community.
For the rest of 2026 we would love to offer that any approved applicant who gets their home into production by the end of the year will receive the first 3 months rent free!
Our model home is available to purchase and is move in ready! It also includes blinds and a propane tank – just a couple extra perks!
Entrance & Home Setup fee: $30K – Must be paid by the time the home is delivered to our community before move in.
Monthly rent: $650/month. Includes water, power, sewer, trash and community amenities. *Does not include propane and internet*
We do allow pets, however, all pets must be pre-approved. We do not allow any aggressive breeds. Limit 2 pre-approved pets.
We will work with our tenants once a lot has been reserved to pick out their home with our manufacturer. You are welcome to check out the models available on our website or the Sweet-haus website though. *Certain homes may work better depending on the lot chosen*
The Timbers team will work with each new resident to select a home model and to determine what options they would like to include with their homes.
